Mentoring & Coaching

One-to-one
thinking partnership.

Most practitioners don’t need more information — they need a clearer model. The mentorship is built around hard problems, real cases, and the kind of structured feedback that turns expertise into intuition.

Who it’s for.

Coaches who want to integrate cellular and peptide science into their work without losing the human craft of coaching.

Clinicians moving toward longevity and adaptive medicine who want a sparring partner for case strategy and protocol design.

High performers — founders, operators, athletes — who want a single thoughtful advisor across training, recovery, supplementation, and decision making.

Curious people who want to own their health — not biohackers, not insiders, just thoughtful adults who want to understand what’s happening inside their own body and extend their healthspan with intention. You don’t need a science background. You don’t need a roster of biomarkers or a stack of supplements. If you’ve been quietly reading, learning, and wondering whether this is for someone like you — it is. The work starts wherever you are.

What you get.

Twice-monthly 60-minute sessions, async messaging between calls, case reviews with written annotations, a private resource library, and a shared decision journal so we can see what’s working over time.

Engagements run in 6-month blocks because real adaptation is a season, not a sprint. Capacity is intentionally limited — I work with no more than 12 mentees at a time.

“My go-to expert.”

Anthony has been my go-to expert on all things peptides for some time now. If you are a coach, trainer, nutritionist or therapist, Anthony’s content on peptides is outstanding. What makes the Castore Method different is the 360 approach — integrating diet, nutrition, supplementation, hormones, training, recovery, breath work, sauna therapy and peptides. With Anthony’s vast knowledge in these areas, it allows the best outcome of health and performance possible, with the most up-to-date personalized plan.

How to begin.

Introductions start with a short application and a 30-minute conversation. If we’re a fit, we’ll talk about scope, timing, and whether a different format would serve you better. If we’re not, I’ll point you somewhere useful. Either way you leave with something.
